Land leases wanted

price is what we would pay to rent your land for row crops per year.  Preferably a 5 year lease but we can make other arrangements if needed.
We take pride in treating any land we farm as if it was our own.  We will take care of your soil and will always leave your farm better than we found it.  I will provide soil test before I plant and after  harvest to show the condition of your ground and  all the necessary amendment.  

We are looking for hay ground from 10-100 acres. Price varies on location and condition of the ground.

We can also lease on the thirds.  I will do all the work and the land owner keeps 1/3 of all the hay produced.  Minimum 20 acres of clear relatively flat ground.  

we are looking for fenced in pasture for cattle.  We will return the land better than we received it.
